Frozen Avocado Shake

1 apple (1/4 cup juice)
1/4 cup mashed avocado
1/4 banana, mashed
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
1 cup ice


   Juice the apple. Set aside 1/4 cup of the juice. In a blender or food processor, combine the apple juice with the remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Serve immediately.
